Beef Stew Episode with Revv!


Ahhh..Yess...Beef Stew, a dish most of us are probably familiar with and of course there are so many variants on this beloved dish, but always having beef as its main ingredient. We decided to get our version done, nice and simple with the basic ingredients, which of course you can always add on other ingredients for both taste and color. As we always say here on Revv Eats, there is no such thing as doing a dish the "wrong way", it's always about being creative , and adding your own spin to a dish, to make its yours.





INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF STEW ( This works out for 3 persons)


300 grams of Chuck Tender

2 Carrots

1 Potato

2 Tomatoes

1 Onion

2 sticks Cinammon

4 Star Anise

1 tbsp Sugar ( add accordingly)

2 Cups of Beef Stock

1 Cup of water ( You can opt for Wine as well)

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Corn Starch

Green Peas,Corn,Green\Yellow Peppers these are optional greens you can add


To Tenderise the Beef:-

Pepper ( we used around 3 to 4tsp)

1 tbsp Black Soy Sauce

1tsp Salt
