Featuring our Signature luxe savoury Hong Kong Style Rice Dumpling with South African Abalone, Pork Belly, Roast Duck, Salted Egg Yolk and Mushrooms; and two new creations - a nutritious rice dumpling with Pork Bone Cartilage, Preserved Vegetables and Mushrooms; and a nourishing sweet Sago Rice dumpling with Bird's Nest and Green Beans.
