Unlike most pyramid-shaped ones, the signature Hong Kong Style Rice Dumpling with South African Abalone, Pork Belly, Roast Duck, Salted Egg Yolk and Mushrooms 港式南非鲍鱼裹蒸粽 ($32.80) is shaped like a rectangular golden pillow and meticulously handcrafted with premium ingredients. Each signature dumpling with the finest glutinous rice is carefully wrapped with specially imported bamboo and lotus leaves, then steamed for six hours to develop its mouth-watering taste.
