Curated by Chef Kenny Huang, Grissini brings the soul of Italy with a distinctive Japanese twist to the table, utilizing only the most premium ingredients and best of harvest highlights for its well-loved Omakase Menus that display a crescendo of flavours.

From kitchens of Malaysia, Italy, and ultimately Singapore, Chef Kenny continues to push culinary boundaries by bringing the world’s richest gastronomy legacies to present Itameshi cuisine, a next-generation of cooking where all flavours of Italy come together, with a distinctive Japanese twist to Grissini.

New 2022 Creations at Grissini

Utilizing only the most premium ingredients and best of harvest highlights for its well-loved Omakase Menus, Chef Kenny continues to evolve new creations at Grissini to meet the ever-changing food trends, featuring seafood crafts this special season. Indulge in the simply luscious Uni – Hokkaido Sea Urchin with scallop, Ponzu and topped with a delicate touch of Oscietra Caviar and Hanna Ho. Another new highlight is the Alaskan King Crab with Squid Ink Pasta that presents rich, briny flavours with a hint of sea saltiness, perfectly paired with the king of crabs.

Another ultimate yet classic food duo would definitely be the zesty Fresh Oysters filled with umami flavours, paired together with the Bollinger Champagne, as guests toast to the beginning of a new year!


Omakase Dinner Delights

Based on his guiding principle of tantalizing palates with cuisine where the purity of flavour is paramount, Chef Kenny Huang gave an innovative twist to his selection of dishes on the Omakase menu. Dishes are created from the best and freshest ingredients of the day. Enjoy a 5-course set for $158++, 7-course set for $188++ and decadent 9-course for the more adventurous at $258++.
