Revv gets cooking with Luncheon Meat Stew and Cutlets





We kick off another appetizing episode of Revv Eats, and we are joined once again, or rather we invaded Rene's mum's kitchen. With more than 65 years of cooking experience, she gives us more insight into some of the dishes which are quick and easy to prepare and cook. We cook 2 simple yet yummy dishes that we know you will enjoy trying out yourself, Luncheon Meat Stew and Cutlets. My mouth is watering already..








INGREDIENTS FOR LUNCEON MEAT STEW


1 tin Luncheon Meat

1 stalk of Carrot ( you can add more if you like your veggies)

2 x Potatoes

1/4 Cabbage

1/2 Onion

2 x Cinammon n Clove sticks

1/2tsp White Pepper

1/2tsp Chicken Seasoning

Pinch of Salt

1 x Chicken Stock

* Soup or Onion Leaves for Garnishing



INGREDIENTS FOR LUNCEON MEAT CUTLETS


1 tin Luncheon Meat ( You can use prawns or fish as well)

3 x Potatoes

1 x Egg

1tsp White Pepper

1 stalk Onion Leaves

2 x Small Onions

Bread Crumbs
