Succulent Sirloin Steaks with Revv !!!!!

Ahh..yes..Steaks, we haven;t met anyone so far who hasn't had a craving for a nice juicy steak at one time or another. As we all know, there is just so many variations on the types of steaks you can have, based on the different parts of the cow you want to try, and also the various ways of marinating, preparing, serving and cooking that steak. Well, we decided to have Rene show you one of the many,many ways that you can have your steak, all done in the comfort of your home, and extremely affordable as well!


1 Slab of Sirloin Steak

*2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar

*2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce

*2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

*1 Tbsp Honey

*3 pieces of Garlic

*2 Tbsp of Freshly Ground Pepper

*3 to 4 Leaves of Rosemary

*To blend the above ingredients ( not too fine)

The Steak is to be marinated with the above blended ingredients and left to refrigerate ( Chiller section) for minimum 30 minutes to 8 hours maximum. The longer the marinate process the more of the flavour can be absorbed by the steak.
